After living in FL the majority of our lives, Steve and I finally took a trip up to Cape Canaveral to see a shuttle launch. What an amazing experience! We had a great, unobstructed view of the launch site from across the ICW. It was a beautiful launch right at sunset, and although the kids are too young to remember and appreciate it, we sure did! It is definitely worth the trip if you get the chance...especially since there is only about 5 shuttle launches left--Ever!
