First Day of School!!

First Day of PreK 3! Backpack, check! Tinkerbell lunchbox, check! Showing Daddy and Stevie how Playdoh is done... Mommy and her BIG girl. A sneak peek back proved she was A-ok!! Today was Emily's first day of school at St Thomas More Preschool! She was so excited to see her teacher, Ms. Bri-Anne, and meet all of her classmates. I was amazed at how brave she was: walked right into the classroom, hung her backpack on the hook, put her lunchbox away, and made her way to the playdoh station...all without a tear or a whimper. Then she kissed us, waved goodbye, and was on her way! I KNOW we were having a harder time with it than she was. We then headed over to the Boo-Hoo Breakfast to mingle with some of the other parents. Of course we had to sneak back over to peek in the window and see how she was doing...and she was as happy as could be :) We are so proud of our BIG girl, but still bewildered at the fact that our baby is in Pre K!
