After 40+ years of driving the "practical" car (ie, station wagons, minivans, basic model SUVs), it was time for my mom to finally step into the realm of "luxury" vehicle. Meet moms BRAND NEW Lexus :) Doug delivered it first thing this morning, and it is beautiful! Everytime we go to leave the house, Emily asks, "Can we take the NEW car?"...don't I wish! It is ready and waiting for its new owner to come claim it on Tuesday. In the meantime, we don't mind driveway sitting it at all :)
